Current information regarding support for persons with disabilities and special needs, the rules for granting it, and applicable procedures is published by the University of Warsaw Disability Support Office (BON).
Support in studies
Persons whose disability, health condition, or other special needs affect their participation in classes or the study process may contact BON to determine appropriate forms of support.
Language courses, credits, and exams
If, due to a disability or health situation, adjustments to class participation, grading formats, or exams are necessary, please contact BON sufficiently in advance to determine possible and convenient solutions.
Foreign language certification exams
BON conducts a separate procedure regarding the adjustment of foreign language certification exams administered at the Centre for Foreign Language Teaching. Current rules and application forms can be found on the BON website.
Accessibility of classrooms
At the Centre for Foreign Language Teaching building on the UW Main Campus, rooms 3 and 6 located on the ground floor are fully accessible for wheelchair users.
CNJO language courses also take place in many buildings belonging to other University of Warsaw units. We kindly ask you to check the accessibility and infrastructure of the building where your chosen classes are held in advance.
